If you have taken distance education classes at Craven Community College, welcome! We are glad to have you as a returning student.
During the summer, we've made some changes to how online classes are delivered. We've upgraded and outsourced the Blackboard server, so the new Web address for Blackboard is nclc.blackboard.com.
Student Logins and password are as follows:
Beginning Fall 2007, any NEW STUDENTS who have not used our Blackboard until August 2007, your Blackboard Login will be created by.

Password two-digit month of birth and two-digit day
of birth and last two digits year of birth

FOR ANY STUDENT who has used Blackboard prior to Fall 2007, your login pattern will be as follows:

Password Last 6 digits of your SSN
All Craven online classes use Campus Cruiser student email addresses, be sure you log into your Cruiser email address regularly. If you are unsure of how to log into Blackboard or Campus Cruiser, attend a Distance Education Workshop in the Academic Skills Center.
