The institution publishes the name of its primary accreditor and the primary accreditor's address and phone number on the verso of the Craven Community College Catalog and Student Handbook. The handbook is also found on the college's website. The institution has not indicated that inquiries to the Commission should relate only to the accreditation status of the institution. The On-Site Review Committee should confirm that the institution has added this statement.

 

Craven Community College has revised its "SACS statement" to include the phrase, "Inquiries to the Commission should relate only to the accreditation status of the institution." The new phrase is now on the college website, in the new catalog and in the triennial Report to the Community.

The specific language addressing inquiries about accreditation status will be included in the 2007-08 Student Handbook. The college missed the publication date for inclusion in this year's handbook. The statement will be changed in all subsequent publications created by Craven Community College.
