Refunds will be issued when the predetermined trip minimum enrollment is not met by the printed deadline and the trip is canceled because of low enrollment.  A refund of fees due to participant cancellation will only occur when a cancellation is made in advance and a replacement from the waiting list registers for the open spot. Please contact the Lifetime Learning Center as soon as possible if a last-minute circumstance arises.
