Enrichment Opportunities for Children and Youth: Gateway Craven

The Gateway Craven Program includes long-term plans for various activities for students from elementary through high school.

Phase I of The Gateway Craven Program began in Summer 2010 with the development of a summer enrichment program called, Great Explorations: The Craven Summer College Program.

Great Explorations: The Craven Summer College Program for 2012

Whether you're a high school senior ready to enter college, a middle school student expanding your horizons, or an elementary school student just beginning your educational journey, Great Explorations: The Craven Summer College Program is for you.

Each experience has been carefully designed to address the interests of students from all walks of life and with the guidance of our talented faculty and the support of new and life-long friends, students will be engaged in a variety of fun and exciting learning opportunities. While most of the programs do not provide college credit, some of the events may be applied directly toward Craven Community College admissions and course credit requirements.
