ABOUT DAILY LIFE THROUGH HISTORY

Daily Life Through History offers a detailed portrayal of what life was like for ordinary people in different cultures throughout history.  Each section gives a chronological overview of the most important developments during that period.  It then goes into detail about daily life in that period, including work, marriage, childbirth, childhood, religion, and more.

Each section also contains links to websites with additional information.  For teachers, each section has a Lesson Plan, complete with suggested subject areas, grade levels, objectives, and activities.  There's also an Image Gallery with relevant pictures.
