Payment Information

Please read before signing up for the Payment Plan

Are you considering the Payment Plan because you are waiting on your Financial Aid?
Your enrollment in the Payment Plan will continue until your account balance reaches zero or has a credit balance, this will occur once your aid is transmitted to your account.

Aid is transmitted to your account shortly before the financial aid disbursement date (please see disbursement dates published on the website at http://www.cravencc.edu/financialaid/important-dates.cfm).

NOTE: When financial aid initially posts aid to your account, it is in pending status and has not been transmitted even though it may reflect it in WebAdvisor.

Monthly Payment Information

NOTE: The first of each month (if the first is not a business day, the last working day prior to the first) Craven Community College notifies the payment plan administrators which accounts have been paid in full. At that time, they will not draft your account on the 5th of the month.  If your account is cleared between the 1st and 5th of the month, the payment may still be drafted from your account. If this occurs and a credit balance is created on your account, Craven will provide a refund to you when we receive the payment from the payment plan administrators.

There are two options to pay for Curriculum Tuition and Fees Online:

Cost to Participate / Use the (Payment Plan)

• $25 per semester non-refundable enrollment fee (ACH & credit/debit card) - (Payment Plan)
• $30 fee if a payment is returned - (Payment Plan)

Pay Tuition Online through Payment Plan

1. You will need the following information:
   • Student ID #,
   • Student's date of birth,
   • Banking information, credit card or debit card.
2. Select Enroll in the Automatic Payment Plan to participate in the payment plan.

Sign Up For a Payment Plan

Before enrolling, you will need the following information:

1. Student ID #,
2. Student's date of birth,
3. Banking information, credit card or debit card.

To Sign Up For a Payment Plan, select:

Manage Your Payment Plan

• To View your Account Balance and Payments
• Update your banking or credit card information
• Update your demographic information, i.e., address and phone number

If you want to accomplish one of the above options, select Manage Your Payment Plan.

e-Cashier Availability

Availability of e-Cashier is determined by Craven Community College. Please be aware the college may elect not to have e-Cashier available during specific times and dates during registration.

Financial aid is not considered earned until the financial aid office verifies attendance and requests for awards to be applied to the student account. Students with financial aid should understand that aid will not be applied to their account until the disbursement date published by the financial aid office and therefore any payments they have contracted with Nelnet to draft from their account will be posted on schedule. Once financial aid is actually applied to their account, then the balance that Nelnet reflects will be adjusted.

Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online through My FACTS Account or call the Craven Community College Business Office at 252-638-7268 to confirm the change.
