Admissions Procedures
Complete an ONLINE APPLICATION.As you attempt the online application, you'll review an information page. After that, you'll begin the application. At that point, if you cannot view the login page, be sure your browser's Privacy settings ARE NOT set to override automatic cookie handling AND java script is enabled. Once you complete and submit the application, the Student Services Office processes the information.
OR
Complete and submit a paper application (download) to the Student Services Office, located in the Brock Administration Building, and meet with a counselor, who will process your application.
International Students must complete the following steps (click link for additional information).
Craven Community College's Nursing Programs have additional admissions requirements as these programs are limited admissions programs.

Required Courses
In addition to talking with a counselor, you must also
- Request any high school, GED, and/or college transcripts to be sent to the Student Services Office. A counselor will provide you with Transcript Request Cards.
- Take placement test with a counselor, if needed. The placement test is free and is not pass/fail. The test helps determine which English, reading, and math courses you should take.
- Return to Student Services after your placement test to pick up your scores and find out who your advisor will be. If no test was necessary, an advisor will be assigned during the initial meeting with a counselor.
- Meet with your advisor to register for classes. Take your placement test scores with you when you meet with your advisor.
- Go to the Business Office to pay (or use your financial aid) and pick up your schedule.
- Congratulations, you are now enrolled in Craven Community College!
