COMMENCEMENT 2013: May 11, 2013

General Information for Faculty and Staff

Commencement will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2013 on the New Bern Campus at 9 a.m. Please assemble in the Community Room in the Student Center. The room will be available at 8 a.m. Staff members will be available to provide assistance with academic regalia and line-up procedures. Light refreshments will be available. Faculty should be lined-up and ready to walk out by 8:50 a.m. There will be a reception in the Student Center immediately following the commencement ceremony.

Inclement Weather

In the event of inclement weather, commencement may be delayed or postponed. Please check the college main web page at www.cravencc.edu for an announcement by 6 a.m. on the morning of the ceremony, or call 638-7200 to hear a recorded announcement.

Caps and Gowns (Regalia)

Caps and gowns can be purchased at the New Bern campus bookstore (Business and Technology Building).

Bookstore hours of operation:

Monday and Thursday	7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Tuesday and Wednesday	8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Friday	8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Note: The Bookstore will be open on Saturday May 11th from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
