POSITION TO BE FILLED: Director of Customized Training and OE Workforce Development
FULL OR PART TIME: Full-Time
JOB DESCRIPTION: Director of Customized Training and OE Workforce Development
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor degree; preferably in a business, engineering or technology field with some previous experience working for or providing training in a manufacturing environment; or Associate in Applied Science degree in a manufacturing-related field with at least five years work experience in a manufacturing production environment or community college instructional role.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Two years supervisory experience and experience in course development preferred. Manages and coordinates programs and efforts to provide customized job training programs for business and industry that facilitate economic development and assist companies with their job training/workforce development requirements. Plans, coordinates, and oversees the administration and quality delivery of occupational extension training courses in accordance with the Continuing Education Master Course List. Oversees all program operations, course outline preparation, contract preparation, registration, collection of fees, orientation, instruction, grading, and evaluation of all courses in the area of responsibility. Maintains accurate and up-to-date budgets.

SALARY LEVEL: College Salary Plan Level 17: $54,276 - $67,848
SELECTION PROCESS: All completed applications that meet the minimum requirements are referred to a screening committee. The committee selects candidates for interview and then recommends the top candidates to the divisional Vice President. The divisional Vice President in turn, will make a recommendation for employment to the President. The President will make the final hiring decision.
