CHECKLIST - Required Employment Application Steps

Candidates must submit

1. A completed Craven Community College application, signed and dated;
One may be obtained at the college website www.cravencc.edu or by calling (252) 638-7375.
The application must include complete work history.
A resume may be attached, but it is not a substitute for a completed application.


2. A continuation page showing additional work experience (if applicable), signed and dated;


3. Three signed letters of reference, if the position you are applying for is a full-time position;


4. If this is a teaching position, complete a Professional Statement, signed and dated;

and

5. Copies of college transcripts (if applicable).   You may use either of these forms to request transcripts of other schools  [request - word format] or  [request - pdf format] . To request transcripts of CravenCC, use this form [word] or [pdf] .  If you have transcripts already on file, please specify.


6. Incomplete applications WILL NOT be eligible for consideration. All application documents must be received by the deadline date. After receipt of your application materials, no further notifications or notice will be given.
