Let's Make Pies

We love pie! Pies represent union, love, and comfort. Did you know that the apple pie came from the Netherlands? Mince pie is a Great Britain treat. Pies unite people from all over the world and the holidays are great times to bring families, friends, co-workers, and even strangers together.

This class will teach you how to prepare pie dough and make your family’s favorite apple pie and pecan pie from scratch. Each person will be making two pies: one apple and one pecan pie with flaky pie crusts, and cutouts for decorating the pies and making each bite the perfect taste of the holidays. You can take these tried-and-true recipes home and enjoy them with friends and family as holiday treats for years to come.

Her amazing meals can be portioned so you can spend more time with your loved ones without the stress and mess, or frozen-for-later consumption. She also offers cooking lessons to groups and individuals.
